Hey, what a beautiful day it is today at the art show! way better than yesterday! Check out my little display. It’s way cool hanging with all the other artists and chatting with all of the visitors!

today & tomorrow I’m at the art show at the Whalehead Club
but today it started to really storm, check out the video to hear some thunder and see some of the folks seeking shelter ( come in I said I’ll give ya, shelter from the storm…….I think Bob Dylan said that first – lol ) I want to thank them for helping hold down my tent, cause it was really blowing at one point.

check out me and George in the new body of water after the 1st storm, yeah right, I said 1st storm, cause then it started to pour really hard again, so I packed it up and went back home to do some work. A big shout out to Pam Connolly of Handpainted Silk Originals, who lent me sides for my tent …..I’m such an art show amateur, I think I was the only one that didn’t have any.
The sun finally came back out at about 7 or so , so I biked over to the show grounds to make sure all my stuff was okay.

hey…..chris and I did 11.3 miles on the Appalachian Trail today. We started @ High Point NJ and are spending the night at the Gran Anderson shelter. I can’t figure out how to post a photo from my Treo or I’d show you the shelter and the privey….maybe in a day or so. I’ve never seen so many ticks on a hike before…it’s crazy. Score so far: Bruce 14 – Ticks 2 We’re having a feast this evening…..Mexican style rice & chicken from a bag!. We want to eat early so the aroma dissapates before any bears are making dinner reservations, hopefully they’ll go somewhere else, but I’ll let you know the answer to that one in the next post.
